Functions

The Administrative and Service Staff Services is responsible for planning, organising and implementing the administration, selection, recruitment, promotion and mobility of administrative and service staff; providing the governing bodies with advice and support concerning PAS; drafting reports, using and analysing data for supporting decision making; undertaking the study and application of regulations on public service and employment affecting PAS; providing support in the area of labour relations and participating in PAS collective bargaining; and preparing the draft budget for PAS staff expenses.
