Functions

The Degree Section coordinates processes affecting the academic life of bachelor's degree course students, and is responsible for planning and coordinating the entrance, admission, and registration phases of bachelor's degree course students with the centre secretaries, and carrying out the tasks assigned to it; planning and coordinating the processes related to management of bachelor's degree course students' academic transcripts; advising centre secretaries and providing them with the information and training resources necessary to manage these processes; advising on and coordinating the academic processes in affiliated higher education centres under the terms stipulated in the affiliation agreement; supervising and proposing improvements to software applications that facilitate its work, and acting as their functional manager, in coordination with the Technical Support and Academic Information Management Office; providing support for the production of academic regulations for bachelor's degree courses, and all other tasks assigned to it by the Teaching Area.
