Functions

The Human Resources and Organizational Development Area, directed by a deputy general manager, directs, coordinates, promotes and assesses programmes for the management of people and occupational health, process of administrative modernization as well as collective bargaining and labour relations. It directs and coordinates the PAS Service and the PDI Service. The Office for the Prevention of Occupational Hazards and Health Promotion, the Organization and Development Office and the Payroll, Budget and Information Systems Office also report to it.

Curricula

She is an expert in public service matters, both with regard to legal consultancy and personnel management. She has developed her career, over 30 years, as a group A1 public servant of the Government of Catalonia in various departments: Education, Culture, the Home Office and Health, where among other positions she has been the head of the Human Resources Service (2012-2013), coordinator of Administrative Situations and the Legal Regime of Personnel (2013-2015), and head of the Legal Regime of Personnel Service (2015-2016) in the Department of Health of the Government of Catalonia. Since 2016, she has been responsible for Advisory Services to the Directorate-General of Public Service of the Ministry of the Presidency of the Government of Catalonia. Hence her extensive experience in legal management and consultancy in relation to various groups of personnel and a cross-cutting vision of organizations and their staff.

She was appointed by the rector on 18 November 2024.
