When amendments refer to name and surname(s), identity document (passport), date or place of birth, or nationality, you must submit the application through the PAE (Electronic Administration Platform), and attach to the application a document of proof thereof.

When the modification of financial details refers to a change in the bank account number or modification of the bank account holder, you must submit the application through the PAE (Electronic Administration Platform).

You must attach to the application the SEPA direct debit order duly filled out and signed by the account holder, which must be submitted to the University in accordance with European regulatic (EU regulation 260/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated 14 March 2012).
