The second panel discussion from the "Postponed debates: perspectives of a kaleidoscopic present" conference series will take place next week. The session is entitled "The care crisis: the forgotten pillar of the Welfare State"

Speakers:

 

Sandra Ezquerra, doctor in sociology by the University of Oregon and Director of the UNESCO Women, Development and Cultures Chair. 

Daniela Fontaine, social mediator from Mexico. She is responsible for the collective care area of Calala Fondo de Mujeres.

Amaia Pérez Orozco, doctor in economics by Universidad Complutense de Madrid and member of Colectiva XXK.     

Paula Santos, activist from Honduras and co-founder of Mujeres Migrantes Diversas.

 

The debate will be moderated by the Philosophy, Politics and Economics students that have organised the conference series.
