The Direction Général à la Langue Française et aux Langues de France (DGLFLF) just published four terminological vocabularies on the new Olympic sports for Paris 2024. These have been made in collaboration with REALITER, the international network of terminology and neology in romance languages, so they all include the Catalan language.

For the Vocabulaire panlatin du surf, the Catalan and Spanish equivalents were a result of the collaboration with the IULATERM group, under the supervision of Mercè Lorente and the participation of students in the Gestió Terminològica subject, in the UPF.

The Catalan equivalents for the Vocabulaire panlatin de l’escalade et des compétitions d’escalade, Vocabulaire panlatin des compétitions de trampoline and Vocabulaire panlatin des compétitions de volleyball de plage were carried out by TERMCAT.
