In the 17th edition of this call, the program offers 5 different modalities: 271 postgraduate fellowships, 70 postdoctoral fellowships, 27 fellowships for Brazilian professors, 4 fellowships for entrepreneurship projects, 34 fellowships for institutional studies and 115 renewals (84 from doctoral courses and 31 from postgraduate courses). The call covers all areas of knowledge and is directed exclusively to students from Ibero-america that aim to complete their training in Spain.

In this edition, the call sums up a total of 166 academic programs, of which 158 are of postgraduate, 4 of entrepreneurship, 1 of institutional studies, the doctoral program, the short stay program and the teacher mobility program of Brazil .
