INFORMATION NOTE - CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS

On Saturday, the Official Gazette RD 463/2020 was published, declaring a state of emergency throughout the country.

Article 7, regarding the limitation of freedom of movement, does not contemplate the carrying out of administrative procedures as one of the permitted cases.

On the other hand, a third additional provision establishes that terms are suspended and deadlines for processing procedures are interrupted.

The calculation of timings and terms will be resumed when the state of emergency is no longer in effect.Prescription and expiration terms are also suspended.

Consequently, individual appointments are suspended at the office, which will be closed to the public. 

Appointments are canceled. In those cases where electronic processing is possible, an email will be sent informing of this possibility.
