Prof. Alberto Santini

Prof. Alberto Santini has been awarded a two-year Juan de la Cierva grant from the Spanish government to support the advancement of his post-doctoral research.

Juan de la Cierva grants are given by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities to selected young researchers who have recently received their PhDs. Applying for such grants is a competitive process, and candidates are chosen both based on their academic merits and on the record of the research team where they wish to integrate.

The funding awarded to Prof. Santini will co-finance his salary for a period of two years, aiming to integrate him into research teams and institutions and to reinforce his specialisation.
