The UPF Department of Economics and Business is pleased to welcome the newest member of its faculty, Prof. Joan Monràs Oliu.

He joins the department from his previous position as Assistant Professor of Economics at the Center for Monetary and Financial Studies (CEMFI) and at Sciences Po.

Prof. Monràs's research interests focus on labor economics, urban economics, and international trade. He received his PhD from Columbia University in 2014.
