José García-Montalvo, Professor of Applied Economics of the Department of Economics and Business of the UPF, on December 12 took up the position of Vice-rector for Science Policy. He replaces Professor Teresa Garcia-Milà, who has held this Vice Chancellor’s Office since March 2009. In the same ceremony she has been appointed chair of the Department of Economics and Business.
