The Department of Economics and Business of the UPF ranks 17th in the world based on the placement of its Ph.D.'s according to the research of professors AMIR (University of Arizona) and KNAUFF (CORE). The DEE is he first ranked department of Spain and the second ranked in Europe (LSE is the first ranked European Institution).
