Various media in Catalonia are reporting on one of the cases managed by the Pompeu Fabra University Legal Clinic. This organization is currently collaborating in the case of Leila, an Afghan prosecutor in refugee status in Pakistan who has sought asylum in Spain. A group of teachers and students from this house work for free and voluntarily in the defense of real cases with special academic and social interest. On November 25, 2022, the Clinic asked the Spanish Embassy in Pakistan for urgent authorization to transfer Leila and two immediate family members, as provided for in the procedure in the international protection law.
