The MAPS service merges two of the university´s main lines of work: on the one hand, internationalization and on the other, social responsibility. This is a mobility program that aims to offer degree students the opportunity to undertake an international stay while carrying out a social engagement project as part of their academic training at UPF.

Service-learning integrates the service with the community through the learning of content, skills, abilities or values. By fostering solidarity and academic training, participants work on the real needs of the society of their host country with the aim of improving them.
