There is IT equipment available for your use which is checked periodically to ensure it is updated and is in optimal operational condition.
To ensure the security of the computers, when they are installed the following actions are undertaken:
● Connection to the university network.
● Incorporation in the corporate network (Active Directory).
● Installation of antivirus software (set up to receive periodic updates).
● “On hold” printing system.
If you are PDI and want new equipment, you must see your head of administrative support to request a quote.
If you are PAS, you have to contact your section or unit manager.
