Curricula :

Born in Manacor in 1969. University tenured lecturer in Telematics Engineering in the UPF's Department of Information and Communications Technology since 2001. Holds an engineering degree and doctorate in Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UOC, 1999). Completed a postdoctoral stay in the Wireless Information Network Laboratory at Rutgers University (USA). His area of research focuses on the access protocols and resource management of mobile telecommunications networks. He has been director of Telecommunications Engineering Studies at the UPF and collaborates on various research and technology transfer projects through the Research Group of Networking Technology and Strategies (NeTS).
