Functions:

The Information Services Unit is a front office unit that works in the Ciutadella Library/CRAI. It is responsible for establishing the guidelines and procedures for the provision of services related to academic information and extramural studies, producing teaching materials and academic studies using the virtual teaching platform, and dealing with and supporting users in these areas at the Ciutadella Library/CRAI; operating the University's telephone support service; providing support for the loan service; planning, coordinating and improving training activities for users in information and computing competences: planning and coordinating the production of materials for disseminating information and marketing services; coordinating the face-to-face, telephone and virtual bibliographical information service and any other tasks that may be assigned to it.
