The Organization and Procedures Unit (UOP) undertakes: To devise and implement studies into organizational design and structures in order to optimize and rationalize the running and the resources of the areas, administrative units and services of the university. To rationalize management procedures, including standardizing printed matter and simplifying administration. To take part in the planning, execution, communication and management of the change in the start-up of telematic services linked to the electronic administration project. To study, design and put forward plans and projects to improve the organization aimed at quality-based management models, and, when applicable, to give support to their implementation. To analyse and define the personnel of the units: description, assessment and classification of work posts and analysis of work loads. To foment and coordinate the definition of management and strategic indicators of improvement in the fields of personnel and management processes. To coordinate transversal projects in human resources matters. To promote the use of project management methods in the organization.
