Functions:

The Computing units on the Ciutadella - Mercè Campus, the Communication Campus - Poblenou and the Mar Campus are front office units. They are responsible for providing help and support for the computing needs and problems of users; installing, administering and operating the information and communication technologies infrastructure for users; advising on the purchases and technologies to be used by users, according to the criteria established by the Resources Management Unit; planning, preparing and delivering training sessions for users on the campus; providing technical support for research, teaching, UPF productions and institutional events, according to the guidelines of the Resources Management, Corporate Applications and Infrastructure and Safety units, and any other tasks assigned to it.
