Functions: 

The Property Management and Contracting Service is responsible for managing the University's movables and real estate and the management of its acquisition, disposal, surrender and renting and the acts necessary for its conservation, protection, use and defence; the management of administrative contracts; the management and coordination of maintenance works, equipment and facilities; the management of town-planning related matters; and the management and coordination of general services and the processing and control of the expenses regarding the actions aforementioned.

The Property Management and Contracting Service is structured for organisational purposes into the following units:

•  Supplies, Equipment and General Services Section

•  Works and Maintenance Technical Unit

•  Economic Management Section
