Functions:

The Teaching Organization Office, which is part of the section, is cross-disciplinary within the Teaching Area and for other units such as the centre and department secretaries. It is responsible for establishing the criteria for the organization of teaching and planning and coordinating the processes therein; planning and coordinating the annual range of subjects on official courses, which the secretaries implement; planning and coordinating the implementation of groups in the various subjects and their definition by the secretaries within the management software as regards both registration and teaching; providing technical support for secretaries during the entry of teaching timetables into management software; planning and coordinating the assignment of teaching staff and information on the teaching language in the various subjects by the secretaries; being responsible for the software facilitating management of the processes it coordinates; supervising and proposing improvements to the software that facilitates these tasks, as its functional manager, in coordination with the Technical Support and Academic Information Management Office; providing support in the production of academic regulations in the areas for which it is responsible, and all other areas assigned to it by the Teaching Area.
