Functions:

The Logistics Unit is responsible for establishing procedures and coordinating the work of the Library in the sphere of donations and transfers; establishing the guidelines for the management of the bibliographical archive and coordinating the initiatives arising from it; establishing the procedures and coordinating the provision of document loan and circulation services; establishing guidelines and monitoring issues in the area of installations, furniture and facilities; carrying out projects and the tasks involved in these areas in the Ciutadella Library/CRAI, and any other tasks that may be assigned to it.
