Functions: 

• Administer and manage the University's property and budget.
• Draft the proposal for multi-year planning and the preliminary budget.
• As delegated by the Rector, take charge of the University's administrative and service staff.
• As delegated by the Rector, carry out the resolutions of the Board of Governors in respect of financial and administrative matters.
• Issue documents and certification of the financial situation and management of the University, as requested.
• All other functions attributed to Management under current applicable law and under the By-laws and regulations enacting them, and such functions as are delegated or assigned to Management by the University's governing bodies.
