Functions: 

The Rectorate's Office, managed by a head of Office, directs, coordinates, promotes and evaluates the University's communication, promotion and relations activities as well as the tasks of planning and assessing of the University and supports the rector. It manages and coordinates the International Relations Service, the Institutional Information and Promotion Unit, the  Communication and External Relations Unit and the Studies, Planning and Evaluation Unit.
