Functions:

The Legal Counselling Service is responsible for the legal counselling of the UPF bodies and services; the drafting or supervision of the regulatory projects issued by the University; the production of legal and other reports; the production of reports and, if necessary, of proposals for resolution of appeals brought against UPF regulations or against the administrative decisions taken by University bodies; the production and issuing of reports, if necessary, relating to the contracts and agreements of any nature subscribed by UPF bodies; the production of reports relating to administrative appeals submitted to the Service or where such a report is required by current applicable law; the coordination of University's legal counselling, and the coordination of and, where necessary, the practise of the legal defence of the University.
