Functions: 

  • Collect, organise and safeguard the University's administrative documents passed on to the Archives by administration services and units in keeping with established regulations and ensure the preservation of those documents.
  • Prepare and manage the documentary transfers of administration services.
  • Carry out assessment and selection of documents in keeping with the University's established regulations.
  • Manage consultation of documents in keeping with the University's established regulations.

Opening times:

• Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 2.00pm and 3.00 to 5.30pm
• Christmas week and the first week in January, 9.00am to 2.00pm
• 19 June to 25 September, 9.00am to 2.00pm
