Functions:

The Human Resources and Organisation Area, managed by a deputy general manager, directs, coordinates, promotes and assesses the occupational health and personnel management programmes, as well as the processes to modernise administration aimed at improving organisation. It manages and coordinates the PDI (Research and Teaching Staff) Service.
