Presentation

The information society is a reality. There will be more and more, and there is even now, need for professionals who are ready to innovate and manage the continents and the contents which the information society requires and generates.

This is why as of the 2001-2002 academic year, the Universitat Pompeu Fabra set up the Engineering Degree in Telecommunication, aimed at offering you the best possible professional training for the needs of the future in accordance with your abilities and interests.

Teaching aims

To train professionals specialising in information technology and communications. With each year students will acquire different knowledge, in the first, of the fundaments and an introduction to telecommunications, in the second, basic training on telecommunications technology and in the third, a specialisation in telematics engineering.
