First release of ESS round 5 data and documentation
Edition 1.0 of the ESS5 data and documentation is now available from the ESS Data Web Site at
http://ess.nsd.uib.no. In this first
edition data and documentation for the following 20 countries are included: Belgium, Bulgaria,
Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Netherlands, Norway,
Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

the University of Debrecen in Hungary, in recognition to his outstanding contributions to social

Daniel Oberski is now a Doctor!
Daniel Oberski, researcher of the RECSM, has succesfully defended his PhD. dissertation entitled
"Measurement Error in Comparative Surveys". As a result, Daniel recently obtained his PhD.
