Payment of registration fees for official study programmes in instalments

On 16 June 1994 the Directorate General for Universities submitted a draft decree to the universities, setting out prices for the provision of academic university services for the 1994-95 academic year.

Article 3.1 stipulates that universities will allow for payment of registration fees in instalments in line with organisation of studies over time and availability of administrative organisation.

In order to implement this legal framework, the Board of Governors resolves as follows:

Students will have the right to choose their method for paying the prices as set forth in sections 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 of rate 1 of the decree, establishing prices for the provision of academic university services for the 1994-95 academic year. Payment may be made in one lump sum at the start of the course or in two equal instalments, one to be paid upon formalising registration and the other during the second half of December. Failure to pay either of these instalments will bring about automatic cancellation of registration, without any right to reimbursement.
