Academic regulations for cancelling subjects

Resolution of the Board of Governors dated 20 February 2002

* During the first fifteen calendar days of each term counting from the first day of class, all students may cancel any subject for which they are registered with the exception of those students in the first academic year, those following the first year of solely second cycle studies and those subject to a regulation according to which registration is mandatory for them.

Cancellation of a subject which is submitted in accordance with the terms set out in this regulation will entitle the student to a 75% refund on the sum paid.

* This regulation is cancelled as of the 2002-2003 academic year (resolution dated 20 February 2002).
