1. To use any of the services, you need to sign up as a user by completing the form.
2. Hand in the form to the person in charge of the service you want to use.
As a user you will be assigned an ID, which you will only need to request the first time you use the service.
This code will be the same for all of the services you use.
To use another service, complete the form again, indicating the ID you were given when you signed up as a user for the first service.
3. Hand in the form to the person in charge of the service you want to use.
