The Service will e-mail users to inform about sample results availability. The 2D electrophoresis results can be picked up during the indicated time frame (or sent by e-mail on request). If the document size exceeds the e-mail limits, the files will be sent in a CD by postal or express mail at the user costs. The Service endeavours to provide the best quality service within the constraints of the sample provided. In case conclusive results from 2D electrophoresis could not be obtained, the user will be obliged to the usual cost of the service. If extensive sample preparation is required, additional costs will be incurred. These will be discussed with each client as necessary. The Service holds the analysis files for 2 months after the user has been informed of the results. After this period of time, the files will be deleted.
