Internar regulation for real-time PCR
Equipment use
Users are free to work 24h a day with ABI7900HT (2 units) and LightCycler 480 (2 units) when they have been formed and sign up to the Service, and previously booked online at http://sctreserva.upf.edu/ using the 4 digit user code as code and as password.
New user should contact the facility staff (genomica@upf.edu).
To book equipment appropiately, you should consider:
- booking two runs is not allowed
- min. 30 minute separation is necessary between runs.
- Booking deleting should be done at least 2 hours in advance, otherwise the booked time will be charged.
Reagents and disposables:
-LightCycler 480LichtCycler 480 SYBR Green I Master by Roche is available at the Facility in vials of 1 ml (100 reactions of 20 ul).
