New services we offer:
- DNA quantification with Picogreen®: we perform quantification in batches of 88-sample plates with the Picogreen® protocol.
- Bioanalyzer Service (DNA and RNA quantification and quality control): we analize 11 or 12 sample groups with the Agilent chips. Consult internal regulation here.
- DNA normalization to a wished concentration: we offer the service of normalizing a 88-sample plate to a single wished concentration.
- PCR product purification: we give the option to perform 96-sample PCR plate clean-up with the Milipore Montage kit (20-50 ul of PCR product as starting material) or with AMPure Beads XP of Agencourt (20, 50 or 100 ul of PCR product as starting material).
- Sequence reaction clean-up: we may purifiy plates with 96 sequencing reactions with the Milipore Montage kit.
- Complete Sanger sequencing procedure carried out by our facility: for whole 96-sample plates and a single sequencing primer.
