Check the admission lists

An academic committee of each department assesses application and decides which candidates are admitted to the different masters' programmes.

UPF publishes the admissions lists on the website:

4Reserve your place

Once admitted you have to reserve your place in the master's programme by making a payment of 600 € (which will be deducted from the tuition fee). This fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other academic years. Payment must be made by means of a credit card using [this secure payment portal]. If payment is not made before the indicated deadline, you will lose your admission and therefore your place in the master's programme.

5Submit the original documents (September)

Your final admission to the master's is subject to the verification of the original admission documents (step 2). After being admitted and before formalising registration, you will need to hand in the original application documents (or validated photocopies).

This will need to be done during september 2011 before registration. More information will soon follow on where you should hand in those original application documents.

If your university qualification has been issued by a university outside the European Union and the European Economic Area and has not received homologation with a Spanish university course, check this page, as we need to validate your qualification.

6Enrolment (September)

Each department will contact students in September in order to arrange a tutorial session with the master's coordinator (for choice of subjects, tracks, etc...). After this, students will need to enrol online; this usually happens during the second half of September.

You will be then informed by the department secretary on the exact date, time and place where the academic programme will take place (which is usually around 24 September).

If you have doubts on any of the steps you have to take in order to be admitted to a master's programme, do not hesitate to contact the UPF Admissions Office:

Telephone: (+34) 93 542 15 16
admissions.master@upf.edu

If you have completed all the steps, you are officially a university master's student at Pompeu Fabra University. Welcome and congratulations!
