Admission with a foreign university qualification:
Any holder of a foreign qualification can apply for a place on a master's degree if they have previously validated their qualification to be equivalent to a master course entry-level qualification. Without validation, application can be made if it can be demonstrated that the qualification is equivalent to a Spanish degree qualification and that in the country in which it was awarded it provides access to postgraduate studies*.Admission to an official master course does not, in itself, represent the validation or recognition of a previous qualification, but once the course has been successfully completed the master qualification thereby obtained will have full, official status.
*Students with non-convalidated foreign university degrees will have to ask for legalisation of their university degrees and academic transcrips once admitted to the master's programme. The legalisation process can take months. We therefore advise candidates to begin with this procedure as soon as possible.
