The graduate studies leading to the degree in Labour Sciences are the result of both the demand for a new type of professional and the wish to offer a new programme of studies in the field of social sciences. This is a highly interdisciplinary programme, combining the subjects of law, business administration, economics, political science and sociology.
The aim of the programme is to offer uniform, integrated and comprehensive training in all aspects of the field of labour, providing knowledge and techniques for management of human resources, personnel direction, safety and health in the workplace, and corporate employment policy. Studies are also organised to ensure that degree-holders have a definite international profile, both in terms of knowledge of languages and of other knowledge and experience, providing them with a clear competitive edge in the employment market.The programme also offers the possibility of practicals at enterprises or public institutions or visits to universities in other countries.

-Contribute to creation of relations based on peaceful and mutually beneficial co-existence between employers and employees.
