To participate in our Summer School, please do the following steps no later than 1 April 2012:
1. Send to bleess12@upf.edu one attached file: File should be your Curriculum Vitae in a email with the following subject: BLEESS12_cv_firstname_last_name.
2. Fill the application form that you find at the end of this sentences. You will see a confirmation message after submitting the form.

3. Letter of Recommendation:
Please ask the person who gives you the letter of recommendation to send it as an attached PDF document to the address bleess12@upf.edu, with the following subject:
BLEESS12_Letter_firstname_lastname
Please contact us at bleess12@upf.edu for another way for sending us the letter, such as ordinary mail or fax, but we strongly encourage to use the e-mail and PDF option to speed up the process.
We plan to inform you about your acceptance status by email on Friday, 6 April 2012.
Registration
Students who have been accepted for the school in the first round have three options:
- Students who still plan to participate must register between Friday, 6 April 2012 and Friday, 20 April 2012. Together with the registration a registration fee of 350 Euros (or 460 US-Dollar, might need adjustment) has to be paid to the account see below. Check also the Accomodation page for further details.
- Students who no longer plan to participate should inform us as soon as possible, in any case before Friday, 20 April 2012, to give us a chance to contact students from the waiting list.
- Students who have been accepted for the school in the first round and who neither register nor withdraw their application until Friday, 20 April 2012 will be replaced with applicants from the waiting list.

No later than Friday 20 April, 2012.
2. Please, specify in the subject of your payment BLEESSM2012 followed by your first and last name (for example, BLEESS12_Maria_Smith) AND accompany your transfer by a message to bleess12@upf.edu.
We will not be able to refund the registration fee in case you decide to cancel after Friday 20 April, 2012.
Once you receive confirmation that you have been accepted to summer school BLEESS-M-2012 we recommend you to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. We will try to help you to coordinate in order to share double rooms (see also Accomodation).
