Students on the three undergraduate degree courses taught in the Faculty of Law participate in faculty life by electing delegates from their year group and Faculty Board representatives.

The delegates are the representatives of each class and are in charge of communicating the students' concerns to members of the Dean's Office, with whom they have periodic contact, in the faculty secretary's office and in faculty teaching department bodies. The delegates are chosen in elections which take place in the first term of each academic year.

Students also have four representatives on the Faculty Board, two from the Degree in Law, one from the Degree in Labour Relations and one from the Degree in Criminology and Public Prevention Policies.

There are around are around 30 registered student associations at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, which further student participation in all areas of university life.
