The Employment Service integrates the set of services and activities offered by the staff of the UPF, IDEC and ESCI employment services, and gives companies access to an extensive range of professionals of different specializations.
The relationship between the Employment Service and companies, public institutions and freelance professionals, is based on the establishment of useful communication mechanisms, in order to find the profiles that best fit their needs. Maximum efficiency and confidentiality is assured. The tool used to operate these communication mechanisms is the Campus Treball, a virtual space where users and companies can have immediate personalized access to the different services.

PUBLISHING A JOB ADVERTISEMENT
By accessing the Campus Treball application and completing the Advertisement form, you can describe the profile you require for your company or organization. This information will be published in the form of an advertisement on the intranet of the University. Interested graduates (unfiltered) will contact you directly.
The Employment Service reserves the right of publication of any job offer depending on its suitability or relevance to the studies taught in this institution. This could involve its modification or elimination without consultation if it is believed to harm the dignity of others or break any regulation.
CV AUTOSEARCH
Campus Treball has a function that allows you to look 'on line' for a desired profile among the available CVs. Once this search is done, you will need to apply for the contact details of the chosen candidates. This process requires completing the form you will find by clicking on the Contact data option on your menu.
The Employment Service will promptly send you information on the students selected so that you can contact them directly, provide them with further details on the conditions of your offer, and enquire about their availability.
PRE-SELECTION OF CANDIDATES
By filling out the Job Offer form on the Campus Treball application, you can indicate the characteristics of the professional profile that your company needs.
The Employment Service will do the search for you. We will then present you with the up-to-date curricula that most closely match your request of those candidates who have expressed an interest in your offer.
The Employment Service reserves the right to accept or not any pre-selection request depending on the suitability of the profile, the conditions of the offer and the availability of the service at the time.
