Registration includes attendance, one copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, and the social event on July 20.

Please read 'Payment information' before you register. To register, please fill the registration form (the * flags obligatory fields) and click the send button. This will take you to a confirmation page that will display your registration number and further payment instructions.

You can pay by credit card (Visa & MasterCard) or by means of a bank transfer/draft.

Credit card payment:

If you pay by credit card, please register and carry out your payment in one go (otherwise, you will need to fill the registration form again before you can pay). Please have your credit card information ready when you access the registration form.

1. Fill in the registration form. Select 'Credit card' as method of payment on the form.

2. You will be taken to a confirmation page, with payment shown as 'pending'. If you agree with the information given, click the 'Purchase' button at the bottom of the page.

3. Please provide your credit card information here to complete payment. Once payment is completed you will receive an e-mail message with confirmation of payment.

Payment by bank transfer/draft:

To pay your registration fees through a bank transfer/draft you should do the following:

1. Fill in the registration form. Select 'Bank transfer/draft' as method of payment on the form.

2. You will be taken to the confirmation page, with payment shown as 'pending'. If you agree with the information given, please print the page or make a note of the reference number shown below the 'Payment status' box (you will need it for the bank transfer). Then simply close the registration browser window.

4. Your registration will not be in effect unless payment is received. After payment is effective, you will receive an e-mail message with confirmation of payment.Transfers must be made on or before June 30, 2004 to avoid the late registration fee.
