Your final admission to the doctoral programme is subject to the verification of the original admission documents (step 3). After being admitted and before formalizing registration you will need to hand in the original application documents (or validated photocopies). The secretary of each department or institute will contact the admitted students to inform them about the place, date and time in which the original documents will need to be handed in before enrolment.

If your university degree has been issued by a university outside the European Union and the European Economic Area and has not received homologation with a Spanish university degree, you will need to hand in your transcript and degree duly legalized in your country of origin (check  this page for more information).

6Registration

The secretary's office of each department or institute will contact, by e-mail or telephone, the admitted students to provide them with information on the exact date, time and place where the academic programme will begin and when and how to register (September).
