A partir del pròxim Curs 2009-2010 s'organitzaran un total de 2 seminaris en el tercer trimestre. Tals seminaris tindran una durada aproximada de cinc setmanes i seran impartits per professors de reconegut prestigi internacional:
a) Prof. Bruno de Witte: "The Law fo Cultural Diversity: Comparative, European and International Dimensions"
b) Prof. Riccardo Guastini: "Problemas actuales de la teoría del Derecho y del Derecho Constitucional"
El primer seminari tindrà lloc en el mes de maig i el segon, entre el 24 de maig i el 20 de juny.
El total de la càrrega horària per als alumnes serà de 25 hores trimestrals per seminari, és a dir, 50 hores anuals. Es mantindrà, el Seminari metodològic (aquest curs impartit per la prof. Elena Sánchez de la Facultat de CC.PP) a finals de Novembre.
Els alumnes hauran de presentar un treball a finals de curs sobre el contingut i mètode del seu projecte de tesi, i que tindrà un valor de 10 crèdits.
Per altra banda, es farà arribar als alumnes tota la informació referida als seminaris i altres activitats formatives que el Departament i les àrees puguin realitzar.
Aquesta informació es completarà al començament del curs 2009/10.

Programa de Doctorado en Derecho
A partir del próximo Curso 2009-2010 se organizarán un total de dos seminarios en el tercer trimestre. Tales seminarios tendrán una duración aproximada de cinco semanas y serán impartidos por profesores de reconocido prestigio internacional:
a) Prof. Bruno de Witte: "The Law fo Cultural Diversity: Comparative, European and International Dimensions"
b) Prof. Riccardo Guastini: "Problemas actuales de la teoría del Derecho y del Derecho Constitucional"(profs. Bruno de Witte i prof. Riccardo Guastini).
El primer seminario se realizará en el mes de mayo y el segundo, entre el 24 de mayo y el 20 de junio.
El total de la carga horaria para los alumnos será de 25 horas trimestrales por seminario, o sea, 50 horas anuales. Se mantendrá, el Seminario metodológico (este año impartido por la prof. Elena Sánchez de la Facultad de CCPP) a finales del mes de Noviembre.
Los alumnos deberán presentar un trabajo a finales de curso sobre el contenido y método de su proyecto de tesis, y que tendrá un valor de 10 créditos.
Por otro lado, se hará llegar a los alumnos toda la información referida a los seminarios y otras actividades formativas que el Departamento y las áreas puedan realizar.
Esta información se completará al comienzo del curso 2009/10.
Program of PhD in Law
From the next Course 2009-2010 a total of two seminars will be organized in the third quarter. Such seminars will have an approximate duration of five weeks and will be given by international famous jurists:
to) Prof. Bruno de Witte: "The Law fo Cultural Diversity: Comparative, European and International Dimensions"
b) Prof. Riccardo Guastini: "Current problems of the theory of the Law and of the Constitutional Law".
The first seminar will be carried out in month of May and the second, between on May 24 and on June 20.
The total of the hourly load for students will be 50 hours. It Will keep up, the methodological Seminar (this year given by the prof. Elena Sánchez de la Facultad de CCPP) at the end of the month of November.
Students should present a work at the end of course on the content and method of his thesis project, and that will have a value of 10 credits.
On the other hand, the PhD office will give to the students all the information referring to seminars and other learning activities that the Department and areas can carry out.
This information will be completed in the beginning of the course 2009/10
