- Your Student Visa
- EX 11 Form (three copies) you can find it here
- Passport, original and copy. It is required to present copies of ALL of the pages of your passport.
- Three passport sized photographs, one for each form( white background, full face, no glasses)
- official certificate which proves that you are a student in a Spanish University (you can ask for it in the mobility and welcome office: oma@upf.edu)
- Official papers relating to your marital status plus a Spanish translation
- Proof of residence, e.g. your property contract, a rental contract or receipts for rent. So, you can't start the process until you take up residence in Barcelona)
- Fees, which must be paid via bank (you will be given a paying-in slip).
- Official certificate of criminal record declaring that you don't have a criminal record in your home. This can be a statement requested through your local police authorities. You have to bring this official certificate from your home country (remember: always the original one!)
- Certificate of registration confirming that you are resident in Spain, available from your country's local consulate in Spain. Once you'll rent a flat in Barcelona, you'll need to go to register to your district office. That's what we here call "certificado de empadronamiento" and you will need it not only to get your card but to access most of the public services as the primary healthcare center you must attend in case you need it.
Please remember to bring all the original documentation with you (academic certificates, criminal record, VISA, passport...)
