Once the project is registered and the project director has
agreed to it, the process prior to the presentation can be started.
The dissertation deposit must be submitted 17 days before the date of commission
(see A - dates of the commission calendar) at:
Academic Management Service, Postgraduate and Doctoral Section.

You must submit:
- The completed dissertation deposit inscription form signed by you.
- 3 copies of the dissertation.
- A CD with:
* your complete dissertation project
* a short explanation of your project in Catalan/Spanish or English (approx.
200 words)
* a glossary of key words related to your dissertation in Catalan or Spanish
AND English.
- The dissertation director report.
Following this, you will have 10 days to submit the tribunal list and completed
form (signed by your dissertation director) to the Academic Management Department.

You must choose 10 members of the tribunal (no more than 3 from the same university
and no more than 2 from the same department).
LANGUAGE AND STRUCTURE REGULATIONS:
About the project: it can be submitted in Catalan, Spanish or English.
If you prefer to submit it in another language, you must submit your request
to the Academic Management Department.
The dissertation project must be an original research project that can be
submitted as an academic work or as a scientific article recently published
or in the process of being published. In the latter case, you must include
a report with an introduction, dissertation defence and conclusions. Articles
are exclusively for use in one dissertation. It is forbidden to use articles
in other dissertation projects.
IMPORTANT: Please check your dissertation register title before you submit the dissertation deposit. Any changes must be made before the deposit. In this case, submit a Change Register Form to the department Secretariat.
