On August 21 took place in Lima, at 8:30 local time, the launch of the book: Information and Communication Technologies and social change: the impact of access to computers and Internet in Argentina, Chile and Peru. The book launch was feature by co-authors of the three chapters (Patricia Peña, Jimena Santos and Jorge Bossio) and distinguished commentators such as Juan Pablo Silva, Deputy Minister for Social Policy and Evaluation MIDIS, Hugo Aguirre, professor at the Faculty of Communication PUCP and Alejandro Diez, anthropology graduate coordinator of the University. The book presents the results of research conducted in Latin America countries.
